MMX
MMX is self-hosted exchange infrastructure for MMO economies: price-time matching, a replicated execution record, market data, and signed settlement notifications. Deploy it beside your game servers; your game keeps custody of assets and owns its ledger.
Use limit and market orders for interchangeable commodities such as materials, consumables, and currency pairs. MMX reports executions; your application reserves balances, applies transfers, and decides its own fees and economic rules.
Start here
- Install with Helm on Kubernetes, use Local Docker, or build from source.
- Follow Getting started to inspect the cluster, sign in, create a market, and trade.
- Connect REST orders and signed settlement webhooks to your game's ledger.
Operate and integrate
- Architecture: how matching, the tape, and consumers fit together.
- Authentication: application, player, and operator boundaries.
- Markets: configuration, admission, and halts.
- Production operations: resources, observation, upgrades, and recovery.
- WebSocket: market subscriptions and message shapes.
